We started with just Arthur & Valda Taus, both of Italian descent who were born, raised and married in Sudbury. Over the years Art & Val owned and operated several businesses from delivery service (Speedy Delivery), gas stations (TAUS BP on Lorne street , IMPERIAL Gas on Notredame), restaurants (ARTUROS on Lorne street & DINOS on Notredame. ),and finally in 1972, Rent N Sell All. During this time Art & Valda had four children: Bonnie, Brian, Christina and Philip. The latter two joined the company at a very early age and continue the family business to this day.

Our original location at 850 Notre Dame in Sudbury began renting out homeowner and construction equipment. We also bought and sold a variety of equipment, furniture, appliances, boats, motors and more. Thus the name “Rent n Sell All”.

We purchased the property next door, 842 Notre Dame in 1989 and added Rent N Party, a tent and event division for parties, tents and event rentals. Rent n Party is a full-service party, event and tent rental store that offers everything you need to rent from a fork & knife to tents with seating from 10 to 1000.

We are also affiliated with Sudbury Kartsport and Sudbury Kartways, located directly behind our building. Over the years, we have expanded to include U-Haul Rentals, sales of moving supplies and are the original Mosquito Magnet Dealer in Sudbury. We also are proud to be the #1 Uhaul dealer in Northern Ontario for more than 15 years! In recent years, we have also expanded on our buying and selling of hard-to-find equipment, with much success.

Many of our employees have been with us for many years: The Dallevedove brothers, Danny and Phil for over 20 years of service, Debbie Geravelis for over 15 years, and Phil Dallevedove Jr ,Erik Bradley, Ryker Larocque, Jenna Geravelis , Andrew Faulkner, all with multiple years of service.

Our company has operated in Sudbury and the North for over 40 years serving, homeowners, contractors and organizations to help both build and celebrate our unique city.
